Cyprus forward: Shaping EU and Mediterranean horizons

As Europe redefines its role in an increasingly complex geopolitical and economic landscape, the Mediterranean is emerging as a strategic crossroads for growth, security, and regional cooperation. Positioned at the intersection of Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa, Cyprus is uniquely placed to shape conversations on competitiveness, connectivity, and resilience.

Cyprus Forward: Shaping EU and the Mediterranean Horizons will bring together policymakers, business leaders, and regional stakeholders to explore the forces transforming the Mediterranean agenda—from the strategic priorities shaping both the European and Cypriot landscapes, including competitiveness, energy security, investment resilience, defence cooperation, to the evolving role of the EU and Cyprus in the Mediterranean.

As the EU seeks stronger partnerships and greater strategic autonomy, how can the Mediterranean unlock its full potential? And what role can Cyprus play in shaping the region’s future?

All times are in local Nicosia time (Brussels+1).
